Das KRONEN HELICAL-Waschsystem lässt das Erntegut in Kreisen vorwärts laufen. Dadurch wird es um ein Vielfaches gründlicher gewaschen und eine größere Strecke zurückgelegt. Daher ist keine lange Waschstrecke erforderlich.
Kompakte und modulare Bauweise
Der Aufbau der GEWA-Waschmaschinen ist modular. Dadurch können unsere Maschinen an unterschiedliche Produktionsanforderungen und -bedingungen angepasst werden, z.B. durch den Wechsel des Austragssystems von Vibrationsförderern oder die Installation eines neuen Blasensystems an einer bestehenden Maschine.
Waschanlage
Schwere Schmutzpartikel (z. B. kleine Steine) und Sand werden aus dem Produktstrom entfernt und sinken durch das Sieb auf den Boden. Der Schmutz kehrt dann nicht in den Produktstrom zurück.
