UGURMAK UMY Series are produced with single or double spiral shafts. Shafts are driven by gearmotor and chain gear system. Classifiers are used to purify the washed and water-mixed materials. When the washed material is fed to the UMY series helix, it goes down to the bottom of the chamber thanks to its density and accumulates in this part. Spirals drag this material from the bottom to the exit. In the double shaft type, it carries the material to the center, allowing the particles to contact each other, thus removing any undesired pieces remaining on the particles.
UGURMAK marka UMY Serisi yıkama helezonları, tek veya çift helezon şaftlı olarak üretilebilirler. Redüktörlü motor ve zincir dişli sistemiyle tahrik edilir. Yıkanmış ve suyla karışmış malzemelerin sudan arındırılması için kullanılır. Yıkanan malzeme UMY serisi helezona beslendiğinde, yoğunluğu sayesinde haznenin dip kısmına çöker ve bu kısımda birikir. Spiral helezonlar bu malzemeyi dipten çıkışa kadar sürükler. Çift şaftlı tipte, malzemeyi teknenin merkezine taşıyarak taneciklerin birbirine temasını, dolayısıyla taneciklerin üzerinde kalan istenmeyen parçaların uzaklaştırılmasını sağlar.
Eğimli geometrisi sayesinde bu sürüklemeye su dahil olmaz ve alt biriktirme haznesine bağlı kanallardan akarak dışarı atılır. Malzemeyle sürekli temas eden helezon yaprakları değiştirilebilir plastik astarlarla aşınmaya karşı korunur.
