One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.

Etapy produkcji peletu linią PELETON-2000 MT o wydajności 150-170 kg/h:
Mokry surowiec jest zasypywany do podajnika. Regulacja prędkości podawania surowca do suszarni jest realizowana za pomocą falownika. Piec suszarni jest wyłożony cegła szamotową. Piec jest opalany zwykłym drewnem, istnieje również możliwość zamontowania palnika na pelet PELETRON-250 jako generator ciepła.
W dalszym ciągu surowiec przelatuje przez rurociąg o długości 25 m. Na końcu suszarni do trocin jest zamontowany wentylator, który wytwarza podciśnienie. Dalej surowiec jest oddzielany od gorącego powietrza za pomocą cyklonu. Wysuszone trociny opadają na dół do podajnika PS-200, a powietrze razem z parą wychodzi na zewnątrz przez komin.
Podajnik ślimakowy PS-200 transportuje trociny do peleciarki PELETON-200. Peleciarka jest wyposażona w silnik 11kW oraz obrotowe rolki, co gwarantuje przerób iglastych oraz liściastych gatunków drewna.
Następnie gotowy pelet trafia do bębna kalibratora PB-100, który przesiewa pelet, eliminując drobne cząstki oraz pył, który za pomocą systemu zostaje odciągnięty do worków odpylających. Dalej taki surowiec może być wykorzystany przy produkcji peletu.
