Согласно данному ГОСТ толщину защитного слоя бетона и расположение арматуры в железобетонной конструкции определяют на основе экспериментально установленной в лаборатории зависимости между показаниями устройства и указанными контролируемыми параметрами железобетонного изделия.
Сфера использования данного оборудования - определение параметров армирования железобетонных изделий на предприятиях стройиндустрии, в строительстве, а также при обследовании уже построенных сооружений и зданий.
Приборы используют 3 основных режима работы:
Определение оси арматурного стержня;
Определение защитного слоя при известном диаметре;
Определение диаметра арматурного стержня при известном защитном слое.
Поиск арматуры осуществляется по изменению тона аудиосигнала, а также по данным цифрового экрана.
Приборы имеют три группы базовых градуировочных зависимостей, установленных на арматуре классов Вр-I, A-I и A-III.
Прибор ИПА-МГ4.01 дополнительно имеет режим определения параметров армирования при неизвестных диаметре арматуры и защитном слое бетона, снабжен функции уточнения базовых градуировочных зависимостей, установления и записи в программное устройство новых градуировочных зависимостей, установленных пользователем на арматуре других классов, имеет режим передачи на ПК, часы реального времени и подсветку дисплея.
