Rotomax M drilling machine (Germany)

The drilling rig was ordered and delivered in 2016 directly from the German manufacturer (Geotec). It has been operating since the end of 2017. Over the period from 2017 to 2020, the operating time was 1250 hours. As of today, the operating time is only 1295 hours. The machine is in excellent technical condition - it was serviced much more often than recommended according to the regulations (maintenance not after 500 m / h, but after 250).

Drilling capabilities:
-Drilling with flushing - well depth 120 metres, diameter approx. 190 mm.

-Dry hole drilling with casing - depth 120 metres; diameter 219 mm.
-Drilling with augers - depth 30 metres; diameter 195 mm.
Chassis - Rubber tracked on a metal base.
Hydraulic system- Closed system with a working pressure of 200 bar/ 70 litres per minute. Hydraulic oil tank - 160 litres.
Drill carriage - Cylinder and roller chain feed system. Downhole force 20kH and downhole force 10kH.
Rotator with hydraulic switch - Hydraulic 3-stage:
1st stage - 4400 Nm, 50 rpm:
2nd stage -2200 Nm, 100 rpm:
3rd stage -1100 Nm, 2000 rpm.
Mast - Lifting height - 200 mm-4400 mm. Lifting force-3000 kg. Total pulling force-7000 kg.
Winch-1200 Nm, length 70 metres. Diameter 8 mm.
Flushing pump - Pressure 8 Bar, capacity 1080 litres per minute.

A towbar is mounted on the drill for transporting a trailer with a drilling tool.
The set includes a preventor with casing pipes of 178 mm diameter (10 metres) for work not from the ground sump but through the flushing tank.
A set of drill rods 82 mm in diameter and 2000 mm in length in the amount of 63 pieces (126 metres) is available.
