Inspector's Comment:
Could not test the boom due to a massive oil leak in the boom section or ram seals. Additionally, the two smaller engines that operate the boom could not be tested. I was also unable to lift the truck cab to inspect the engine fully, but visible leaks were present, with oil leaking from the PTO pump and gearbox. The truck ran and drove as seen in the video. There is no paperwork or keys for the boom lift cab.

Konnte den Ausleger aufgrund eines massiven Öllecks im Auslegerabschnitt oder an den Dichtungen der Kolben nicht testen. Zusätzlich konnten die zwei kleineren Motoren, die den Ausleger betreiben, nicht getestet werden. Ich konnte auch das Fahrerhaus des Lkw nicht anheben, um den Motor vollständig zu inspizieren, jedoch waren sichtbare Lecks vorhanden, wobei Öl aus der Zapfwelle und dem Getriebe leckte. Der Lkw lief und fuhr, wie im Video zu sehen ist. Es gibt keine Papiere oder Schlüssel für die Kabine des Hubarbeitsbühnen-Lkw.

Commentaire de l’inspecteur :
Impossible de tester la flèche en raison d'une importante fuite d'huile dans la section de la flèche ou les joints de vérin. De plus, les deux petits moteurs qui actionnent la flèche n'ont pas pu être testés. Je n'ai également pas pu lever la cabine du camion pour inspecter complètement le moteur, mais des fuites visibles étaient présentes, avec de l'huile qui fuyait de la pompe PTO et de la boîte de vitesses. Le camion fonctionnait et roulait comme vu dans la vidéo. Il n'y a aucun papier ni clés pour la cabine de la nacelle élévatrice.

Comentario del inspector:
No se pudo probar el brazo debido a una fuga de aceite masiva en la sección del brazo o en los sellos del cilindro. Además, los dos motores más pequeños que operan el brazo no pudieron ser probados. También me fue imposible levantar la cabina del camión para inspeccionar completamente el motor, pero se observaron fugas visibles, con aceite goteando desde la bomba de toma de fuerza y la caja de cambios. El camión funcionaba y se movía como se vio en el vídeo. No hay documentación ni llaves para la cabina del elevador de brazo.

Opmerking van de inspecteur:
Kon de giek niet testen vanwege een massief olielek in de gieksectie of bij de ramafdichtingen. Daarnaast konden de twee kleinere motoren die de giek bedienen niet worden getest. Ik kon ook de cabine van de vrachtwagen niet optillen om de motor volledig te inspecteren, maar er waren zichtbare lekken aanwezig, met olie die lekte van de PTO-pomp en de versnellingsbak. De vrachtwagen liep en reed zoals te zien in de video. Er is geen papierwerk of sleutels voor de cabine van de hoogwerker.

Nie udało się przetestować wysięgnika z powodu masywnego wycieku oleju w sekcji wysięgnika lub uszczelniaczy tłoka. Ponadto, dwa mniejsze silniki, które obsługują wysięgnik, nie mogły być przetestowane. Nie mogłem również podnieść kabiny ciężarówki, aby dokładnie zbadać silnik, ale widoczne były wycieki, z olejem wyciekającym z pompy PTO i skrzyni biegów. Ciężarówka jeździła i była prowadzona, jak widać na wideo. Brak dokumentacji lub kluczy do kabiny podnośnika wysięgnika.
