The blocks are created by hand
Depending on the type of block
their thickness and size
as well as the preparation
can be put on by an investor up to 1800 blocks
The vertical hot melt head is part of the whole
airtight
maintenance-free and odorless gluing system
The cover feeder with scoring device feeds the cover sheets
which are folded over on the glued side and fixed to the bottom board by the reactivated hot glue
On the delivery table the blocks are counted and stacked exactly
and conveyed out ready for packing
