New Ditch-Witch Mud pump liners horizontal drilling rig

We've developed a high wear-resistant mud pump liner made from steel with a tensile strength of 2200 MPa and yield strength of 1600 MPa. We're confident these liners demonstrate excellent performance and represent great value.

Attached are drawings and photographs of these steel liners, currently installed in a JT24 drilling machine. Our testing has shown their performance to be at least as good, if not better, than comparable ceramic liners.

We're happy to adapt to your unique specifications, creating any geometry based on either a product sample or a detailed drawing.
