Floating Seal (Duo-Cone): The large metal-to-metal seal behind the sprocket. If this fails, mud enters the gears.
Main Hub Bearings: Large-diameter angular contact bearings that support the track tension.
Sun Gear & Planet Gears: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stage gear sets.
Motor Rotary Group: Cylinder block, pistons, and valve plate.
5. MAINTENANCE PROTOCOL
Gear Oil Grade: SAE 90 or 80W-90 (API GL-4 or GL-5).
Oil Capacity: Approx. 0.9 – 1.2 Liters (Fill until oil exits the level plug at the 3 o'clock position).
