ERFİMİX couplings are designed for fast and easy maintenance with two-piece bolt in the middle. Internal and external milling threads inside the conical coupling increases strength by making the load distribution in the coupling. In case of shocks that might happen in the system, the coupling internal mill stripes as a safety precaution and the reducer protects expensive difficult components such as main shaft. After the coupling is produced, heat treatment is performed to get the required strength rate.

*We prefer the best quality and long-lasting automatic lubrication system feeding the ERFİMİX mixer bearing and there is a flow sensor for the user to release possible clogging in automatic lubrication flow line clogging.
*ERFİMİX mixer leak-proof bearings prevents concrete juice leaking into the bearings, by filling grease with the automatic lubrication system making short-time intermittent grease supply. Bearing and sealing system are lubricated separately from the distribution line and work properly for long years up to maximum durability.

* The inside part of ERFİMİX mixer’s concrete discharge spout is covered with HARDOX / ST52 quality wear-resistant sheet metal by bolted mount and that was designed in dimensions allowing for easy change.
* In ERFİMİX mixers, there are pressurized water spray channels designed according to the mixer type. These can rise the pressure up to 100 bar with the timer inside it and can clean every part of the mixer with its turret heads.
